Donny Landry

Donnie, as he is known age 72 is one of the founding owners of the Dons Seafood Hut restaurant chain and a friend of more than 40 Years. He is a talented Archer and Rifle shot who spends his time between grandchildren, overseeing business operations for the restaurant chain, chasing Trophy Whitetails in the Midwest and fishing for trout red snapper and anything else that’s good to eat in the gulf of Mexico. He lives in Lafayette Louisiana with his Wife Marla.

Karen Hall

Karen Hall age 65 Business manager for Hunt Fish & Dine, Wonderful Friend and sometimes Hunting, Fishing and travel Companion. Retired from the banking industry she spends her time between three grandchildren a daughter and son in law. She is a Talented Game and fish cook who keeps my culinary wheels turning. Lee Lawson

A College friend of more than thirty years age 56 Lee and I have Hunted Ducks, Geese Woodcock, Doves and Turkeys across both Louisiana and Texas. He resides in Crowley Louisiana on Lawson Farms where he hunts ducks, wild hogs and trains top flight Labradors. He spends his time between work His Wife Linda and two children and always planning the demise of Wild Turkeys. Talented Goose caller and wing shot he knows what it’s like to live life outdoors.

A friend of more than 20 years Troy is a talented Turkey Hunter Waterfowl Hunter and Fisherman both inshore and in the saltwater marshes of southwest Louisiana. He resides in Crowley Louisiana with his wife and children.

Louisiana and Texas his knowledge and wisdom has and will continue to make me a better fisherman.
